Love The Mug was founded by mother and daughter Pamela & Suzanne in 2018. Pamela, who has always been creative, designed and fired a mug to send to her daughter Suzanne who was living abroad in London at the time. Pamela was looking for a meaningful way to express how much she missed and loved her, so created and sent her daughter a mug that said “Miles Apart Always in my Heart.” Friends and colleagues of Suzanne would always comment how much they loved the mug and so began the journey of the brand Love The Mug.
Our mission is simple – To help people express their feelings and put a smile on people’s faces with our mugs. We send our mugs all around the world as far reaching as Australia, Japan, Dubai and the USA to name a few.
We create each design and fire our mugs in our studio here in Dublin. Our mugs are made from fine china and created so that they make the perfect gift and can be loved and used for many years to come. Knowing that every mug we create is sending a smile to someone each day is the most rewarding part of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's newest ceramic businesses. We would love if you could join us on our journey as we begin to grow our brand.
- Working with the team to create our products from start to finish.
- Bring to the table fresh and new ideas, that compliment our current roles and routines.
- Ensure the secure, efficient, safe, tidy and smooth operation of packaging and sending out our products.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of customer service
- Organisation of deliveries for both retail and trade customer
- Maintaining and monitoring stock levels

- Designing and supplying assets for our Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media channels – this includes images, videos, photography
- Designing and supplying assets for our Blog (hosted on Shopify).
- Designing and supplying assets for our in store presence.
