Dispatch Time

 

Our designs are applied by hand and fired for 24 hours in our kiln. Due to the handmade element of our work we endeavor to get orders dispatched 3/5 days  (Monday – Friday) from the date you placed your order.

We offer a choice of shipping methods - Standard Post  or Tracked Delivery Ireland 

Delivery times are not guaranteed so do please contact us if you need your order urgently or for a specific date.

You can leave a message as you pay or please email or call us. We will always do our best to get your order to you on time.

 An Post will deliver your package. If there is no one home to accept the package An Post will leave a "Sorry we missed you” notice which will let you know how you can collect your packet. 
You can collect your parcel by calling to the local delivery depot with the “Sorry we missed you” notice and identification.
You have 4 days to collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to us and we will refund the order less cost of shipping
You can also arrange a free redelivery of the item online at https://managingmail.anpost.ie/redelivery/  to the same or an alternative address. Re-deliveries take approximately 2 working days.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges vary by country and item.

For all other ROI orders, delivery starts from €4.95 for one mug.

Tracked Delivery: €6.50 (Recommended)

Delivery cost for two or more mugs will cost €6.50.

Northern Ireland Delivery costs €7.50 for single mugs. Two or more mugs are shipped tracked delivery service for €9.50

United kingdom delivery costs €7.50 for single mugs. Two or more mugs are shipped tracked delivery service for €9.50

International delivery costs €6.50. This is an untracked service and we take no responsibility for lost or delayed shipments using this service

We use An Post for all deliveries.

Errors with deliveries

If we receive an order back to us as 'Undeliverable' due to 'Insufficient address details' where we have input the address on the postal label exactly as we received it from the customer, re shipping costs will then be the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us in writing (by email or letter) within 7 working days of  receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.

If a refund is agreed:

You must return the goods to us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs.

It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.

Any goods must be returned within a reasonable time scale and must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging.

A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.
